William Ray, Head of Sustainability, Clarion Housing

William has over 15 years' experience at the cutting-edge of low carbon buildings, energy efficiency and sustainability market transformation internationally. He has successfully managed and delivered a diverse range of energy efficiency projects across both public and private sectors, and is now leading Clarion Housing, the UK’s largest Housing Association, in its efforts to combat fuel poverty.


Casey Cole, CEO, Guru Systems

Casey has worked in low carbon energy for over 15 years and has in-depth experience of making sustainability work in practice: technically, commercially and legally. He has worked with government, large housing providers, ESCOs and developers to make heat networks and other onsite energy systems more sustainable and energy efficient. He co-founded Guru Systems in 2012 in response to the lack of smart metering and monitoring systems for decentralised energy networks. In November 2015, he was named Chair of the Board at Heat Trust.

Agnes Czako, Co-Founder and Managing Director, AirEx Technologies

Agnes has 8 years experience in the energy efficiency industry. Prior to founding AirEx, Agnes worked as Lead Assessor of an energy assessment organisation, during which time she led the delivery of 30,000 energy audits and fuel poverty assessments in the most vulnerable communities across the UK. She holds a masters from the University of Cambridge (Interdisciplinary Design for the Built Environment) and is certified as a Passivhaus Consultant by the Darmstadt Institute. Agnes recently won "Women in Innovation" Innovate UK award.

Dr. Sarah Price, Head of Consultancy, Enhabit

Sarah is one of the leading practitioners of energy efficiency in buildings in the UK. She has designed the new regulations for retrofit coordinators under PAS 2035, is working on a new project with BEIS to develop a product which allows retrofit to be delivered at scale, without compromising the integrity of the building fabric and has advised multiple providers of social housing on their strategies for tackling fuel poverty by reducing the energy buildings need to be comfortable and healthy.

Her team at Enhabit transform uncomfortable and wasteful buildings into comfortable and controllable living spaces.

Matt Sheen, Commercial Manager, Vestemi (creators of Radbot)

Matt has over 10 years experience in the energy efficiency sector managing and delivering affordable warmth retrofit programs. The former CEO of the charity Energy solutions, he is part of the Vestemi, a new technology product company that specialises in the creation of simple, effective consumer products, such as Radbot, that make energy savings easy and accessible to everyone.

Joe Warren, Managing Director, Powervault

Joe has over 10 years of experience working in the smart grid sector. He was previously Commercial Manager at Open Energi, which pioneered dynamic demand response in the UK and prior to that, Director at internet service provider Pipex. Joe joined Powervault in 2014 as Managing Director. He has BA(Hons) from the University of Oxford in Experimental Psychology and an MBA from INSEAD.
