Sustainable Accelerator Seedrs Launch

Sustainable Accelerator warmly invites you to join us for our inaugural Seedrs Launch event, taking place Thursday, 18 May from 5:30pm.

On the evening, you can expect to find out more about Sustainable Accelerator's strategy, its fundraise on the crowdfunding platform Seedrs, and our successful track record developing and exiting sustainability companies with Sustainable Ventures.

Prior to a presentation for prospective Sustainable Accelerator investors, we will host a panel discussion on early stage startup growth in sustainabilty. Our panelists will be the entrepreneurs behind four fast paced startups in the sustainability sector:

• Joe Warren, MD, Powervault

• Peter Davies, CEO, Green Running

• Agnes Czako, Founder, UFloor Technologies

• Arthur Kay, CEO, Bio-Bean

We are also pleased to announce our anchor investor - Governmental body London Waste & Recycling Board - will be supporting us in our goal to empower the next generation of sustainable businesses.

More about Sustainable Accelerator:

Sustainable Accelerator, led by Sustainable Ventures’ management team, is an accelerator built specifically to support the UK’s best SEIS & EIS sustainability startups.

Our goal is to empower the next generation of businesses redefining the way we consume energy, manage waste, clean air, and apply smart resource technology. Sustainable Ventures’ success over the last 5 years has exemplified how sustainability is no longer niche, as resource economics fundamentally change how industries work.

The Sustainable Accelerator Fund, managed by Seedrs, will invest between £50k - £250k into around 10 high potential sustainability businesses, and provide each a high touch 1 year programme of expert mentorship, network introductions, fundraising support, and growth services.

By investing in the Sustainable Accelerator Fund, you will gain access to a portfolio of sustainability businesses benefitting from our threefold strategy: (1) gain exposure only to startups receiving substantial 1-on-1 support from our experienced team, (2) diversify exposure across multiple startups, and (3) leverage grant and tax advantages for the sustainability sector – making your investment go further.
